It's outside of belief however the Czech state is continuing its unlawful and unethical measures to Josef Stava (Josef Štáva) and his organization Diag Human.
Hana Sediva a former minister, who for 15 months was part of the arbitration panel for the case and was highly criticized for her role in the final 2008 ruling, has been allowed by the Czech government to become a presiding judge on one of the legal disputes connected to the case.
In addition to the fact that Sediva does meet the legal requirements to be a judge within the Czech Republic, Sediva has refused to register any type of conflict of interest. If this was not bad enough, the case has been plagued by bureaucratic errors which have blocked the disputes continuance, all stemming from Sediva.
Awarded 411 million EU in 08, Josef Stava has yet to see any of the settlement deal. The Czech authorities continues with their campaign in spite of the increasing interest.
